Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Members can request refunds for purchases made on Crevli. We are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent process for both Creators and Members.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Digital Content Purchases:

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once content has been accessed or downloaded. However, refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: Content is not accessible due to technical problems on our Platform
  • Misleading Description: Content significantly differs from its description or preview
  • Duplicate Purchase: Accidental duplicate transaction (must be reported within 24 hours)
  • Payment Error: Charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same purchase

2.2 Subscription Purchases:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are provided
  • If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the paid period
  • Refunds may be considered if charged after cancellation due to technical error

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after accessing the content
  • You found similar or better content elsewhere
  • You did not use or access the purchased content
  • You violated our Terms of Service, resulting in account suspension
  • Content quality does not meet your personal expectations (unless significantly misrepresented)
  • Technical issues on your end (incompatible device, internet issues, etc.)

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit a refund request within 7 days of purchase via our contact page or email support@crevli.com

Step 2: Include the following information:

  • Transaction ID or order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Content or subscription name
  • Detailed reason for refund request
  • Supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)

Step 3: Our support team will review your request within 3-5 business days

Step 4: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method

5. Subscription Cancellation

5.1 How to Cancel:

  • Go to your account settings
  • Navigate to "Subscriptions" or "Memberships"
  • Select the subscription you want to cancel
  • Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm

5.2 Cancellation Timeline:

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid charges
  • You will receive a confirmation email upon successful cancellation
  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period

5.3 UPI Autopay Cancellation:

For UPI Autopay subscriptions, you must also cancel the autopay mandate in your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.) to ensure no future charges.

6. Platform Fee on Refunds

When a refund is processed, Crevli does not recover the platform fee (6%) or payment gateway charges already incurred. These costs are absorbed by the Platform and Creator proportionally based on our fee structure.

7. Creator Refund Policy

7.1 Responsibility: Creators are expected to provide accurate descriptions and deliver quality content as advertised.

7.2 Refund Impact: When a refund is issued, the Creator earnings for that transaction are reversed. If the payout has already been processed, the refunded amount is deducted from future Creator earnings.

7.3 Dispute Resolution: Creators can dispute refund requests if they believe the claim is unjustified. Our team will mediate and make a final decision based on evidence from both parties.

8. Failed or Pending Payments

8.1 Payment Failures: If your payment fails, you will not be charged and no refund is necessary.

8.2 Pending Payments: If your payment is in a pending state for more than 48 hours, contact support for assistance. Refunds for stuck payments may take 5-10 business days to process.

9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed based on the original payment method:

  • UPI: 3-5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-10 business days

The exact time depends on your bank or payment provider's processing time. If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeframe, please contact your bank or our support team.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the issue to our senior support team. All decisions made by Crevli regarding refunds are final and binding. For legal disputes, the jurisdiction shall be [Your City], India.

11. Changes to This Policy

Crevli reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
