"Creator" refers to users who create and monetize content on the Platform.

"Member" refers to users who access and purchase content from Creators.

"Content" includes all digital materials such as videos, images, text, courses, and other media uploaded by Creators.

"Services" refers to all features, tools, and functionalities provided by Crevli.

3.1 Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use Crevli. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3.3 Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4.1 Content Ownership: You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all Content you upload. You retain ownership of your Content.

4.2 Prohibited Content: Creators must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4.3 Content Responsibility: Creators are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of their Content and the means by which it was acquired.

4.4 Tax Compliance: Creators are responsible for reporting and paying all applicable taxes on their earnings.

5.1 Platform Fee: Crevli charges a 6% platform fee on all transactions. This fee is deducted from the Creator's earnings before payout.

5.2 Payment Processing: Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Additional payment gateway charges may apply.

5.3 Payouts: Creator earnings are processed according to our payout schedule. Creators must provide valid bank account and PAN details to receive payouts.

5.4 Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Creators set their own pricing for content and subscriptions.

6.1 Payment: Members agree to pay all fees associated with purchases made through the Platform.

6.2 Personal Use: Content purchased is for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing purchased content is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Subscription Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You are responsible for managing your subscriptions.

7.1 Creator Rights: Creators retain all intellectual property rights to their Content. By uploading Content, Creators grant Crevli a limited license to host, display, and distribute the Content.

7.2 Platform Rights: The Crevli platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Crevli and protected by intellectual property laws.

8.1 By User: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through account settings.

8.2 By Crevli: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

8.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease. Creators may request their final payout if eligible.
